Other relevant advice: always look for bilateral exercises, which do not oblige members to work individually. If you do this, you can end up strengthening one more than the other. For example: If a practitioner is right-handed, he will probably raise the dumbbell higher with the right arm than with the left, which will result in a greater increase in muscle mass on the right arm.

In fact, there are advantages to working out at home. To begin with, the environment is controlled and there are no distractions. In addition, you can rest immediately — and it is very important to rest, since it is in this period that the muscle tissue regenerates and at the same time, increases in size and strength.
