This is one of the activity that can literally start from one second to the other. You don’t need to go to a gym to start practicing it or wait until you have the necessary equipment. Just get on your bike, get out of the house and start to cycle. Obviously, you should consult a doctor if you want to practice it more intensely or for extended periods of time. Check the seat height

Before you start cycling, remember to check how high is the seat. You might not want it to be too high, because you will have difficulty in reaching the pedals, nor too low.
